Provide clear photo or video evidence

 The item must be **unused and in original packaging**

3. Replacement Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will send a replacement item at no additional cost**, or
     Provide an alternative solution at our discretion

We do NOT offer replacements or refunds for:

 Change of mind
 Incorrect orders placed by the customer
 Normal wear and tear
 Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
